It is about classic. A design featuring narrow “rossoneri” stripes and black collar, this shirt celebrates the success of the 1969 season and the club’s 120th anniversary.
About A.C. Milan
Associazione Calcio Milan is a very traditional professional football club based in Milan, Italy.
Founded in 1899, as of 2019, the club has a great list of titles in their history, amongst them: an Italian record of 7 Champions League titles and 18 Serie A (including previous formats) titles.
Their most recent Champions League title was the 2006-07 tournament.
Nicknamed “I Rossoneri”, or “the Reds and Blacks” in plain English, Milan has an impressive collection of rivalries in Italy. Starting with the most important rivalry with the nearby Internazionale, but also with other national clubs such as Juventus, Roma, and Fiorentina.
The 2019-2020 kit is supplied by Puma in a signed deal worth around €19 million per year.
Milan’s home stadium is called “San Siro”, in a very singular arrangement as their neighbours and rivals, Internazionale, have the same stadium as their home ground.
It was opened in 1926, hosting Milan’s home games ever since, and has capacity for approximately 80,000 supporters.
Stars of the 2019 main squad include players like: 🇪🇸 Spain’s Pepe Reina and 🇧🇷 Brazil’s Lucas Paquetá, managed by 🇮🇹 Italy’s Gennaro Gattuso.
